The fine print

What happens to your screen.

Palsee is a copilot that sees your screen. So here it is in one place: when it sees it, where things go, and how to stop it at any time.

  1. 01

    When Palsee sees the screen

Only when you ask — holding ⌃⌥ or typing into the field. Between requests it sees nothing and records nothing in the background.

  2. 02

    Where the screenshot goes

To your chosen model (for managed models through our pass-through gateway), marked not to be stored. It doesn't stay on our server; on your Mac the history keeps only a small preview for 30 days. You can switch screenshots off entirely: the model then gets only a list of controls.

  3. 03

    Local model

Palsee works with a model on your Mac (LM Studio, Ollama) or on a company server (vLLM, SGLang). Then neither screen nor text leaves.

  4. 04

    What you confirm

Payments and deleting, always, in any mode. Sending messages you didn't ask for. In Show mode Palsee never clicks.

  5. 05

    Company procedures

Procedures from Capture load only for the signed-in account and are deleted from the Mac when you sign out.

  6. 06

    Background tasks

Every task runs in an isolated folder in ~/Palsee, code in a sandbox with no network and limits on steps, time and tokens. A website you didn't name is opened only with your permission.

  7. 07

    This website

Sends nothing, doesn't track you and uses no cookies. Palsee's voice is pre-recorded audio and is off by default.
